Paper questionnaires are the best solution in many situations: hotel comment cards, training class feedback forms, or any situation where not every respondent will have immediate access to a web-connected computer. SurveyPro's powerful features can help you create forms and process information effectively.

• Easy-to-use: just enter the question text and select a scale. There are 32 predefined scales, including agreement scales, yes/no, importance, date, open-ended, etc. You can modify an existing scale or create your own. SurveyPro will lay out the survey for you, aligning checkboxes and inserting answer blanks.
• Integrates with other media: want to use both paper and web? Create two versions of the same survey, adjust the layout for each publish method, and analyze them both together.
• Unlimited data entry stations with KeyCollect: once you've collected your data, you can either enter it straight back into SurveyPro (into the integrated database), or you can add data entry stations at no additional charge. Data entry operators work with their own data files, which protects the data from other operators as well as your surveys and reports. Training people on the data entry module can take as little as five minutes.
• Fully integrated reporting: when you create your questionnaire, SurveyPro automatically sets up the database fields, with no programming required. As responses are entered, your reports are immediately updated. Your reports will always reflect the latest information available, as well as any changes made to the survey. Make edits in one place and they ripple through the entire program.
