The Survey Process for Paper Surveys with Manual Data Entry

Paper Survey Flow Chart
  1. Create your questionnaire by entering question text and selecting or creating a scale. This automatically creates the database fields, so there is no programming required.
  2. Print your survey and have copies printed.
  3. Administer your survey to an unlimited number of respondents.
  4. Enter the responses from the completed questionnaires. For a small survey you might use the full SurveyPro product and do the entry directly into the database. For a larger project, use KeyCollect for additional data entry stations (download available at no charge).
  5. Build your reports. Take any or all of the data and compare, include or filter it in your report. As time goes by, and you enter/import new data, all of your reports will automatically update. There is even an automatically generated executive summary report to give you basic frequencies and comments.
  6. Distribute the analysis to the decision-makers who need it.
