The Survey Process for Paper Surveys with Manual Data Entry

- Create your questionnaire by entering question text and selecting or creating a scale. This automatically creates the database fields, so there is no programming required.
- Print your survey and have copies printed.
- Administer your survey to an unlimited number of respondents.
- Enter the responses from the completed questionnaires. For a small survey you might use the full SurveyPro product and do the entry directly into the database. For a larger project, use KeyCollect for additional data entry stations (download available at no charge).
- Build your reports. Take any or all of the data and compare, include or filter it in your report. As time goes by, and you enter/import new data, all of your reports will automatically update. There is even an automatically generated executive summary report to give you basic frequencies and comments.
- Distribute the analysis to the decision-makers who need it.
The Survey Process for Paper Surveys with Scanning

- Create your questionnaire by entering question text and selecting or creating a scale. Select the option to create a scannable form with bubbles instead of checkboxes, and SurveyPro will lay out the page ready for scanning.
- Print your survey and have copies printed. There is no need for expensive custom forms – the survey can be printed on plain paper, photocopied, and even returned by fax.
- Administer your survey to an unlimited number of respondents.
- Scan in the responses using almost any image scanner, with scanning software to convert the image file to a data file.
- Import the data file back into SurveyPro.
